Our A.O. Wagner Construction team has spearheaded a complete interior remodel at the McEnany Roofing office in Lake Alfred. This project is breathing new life into the company’s workspace. It’s a top-to-bottom overhaul, modernizing every surface, system, and layout with functionality and aesthetics in mind.
The project scope includes new glass systems, ADA-compliant upgrades, state-of-the-art finishes, and a brighter, more open design that reflects the company’s image. Our construction team started at the end of March and is expected to finish by the end of June. Here is what we’ve accomplished so far.
New Storefront Glass Installed
One of the most impactful upgrades is in the lobby, where Southern Glass installed a new storefront glass system. This feature brings natural light into the space while creating a more open, welcoming environment for employees and visitors alike. The sleek, modern glass sets the tone for the rest of the remodel.
Restrooms Brought Up to Code
The previous restrooms were dark and outdated, both visually and functionally. These have been completely replaced with new fixtures that meet current ADA compliance standards, creating an inclusive and updated space that matches the latest style of the rest of the office.
Essential Systems Updated
Our construction team removed the old drywall to expose and update the electrical and data systems. Once completed, new drywall was installed, retextured, and finished with new paint, doors, windows, and luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring, adding durability and a better look.
Conference Room Receives Fashionable Upgrade
The former dark and enclosed conference room has been transformed into a standout feature of the remodel. We replaced it with glass walls wrapped in frosted opaque film, offering privacy and modern design appeal.
As the project completion approaches, the remodeled office is shaping up to reflect McEnany Roofing’s commitment to progress and quality. Every design choice and upgrade has been made for long-term performance, employee comfort, and professional presentation in mind.
