Our A.O. Wagner Construction team began work on September 15 at the St. Petersburg Mitsubishi dealership located at 8350 Park Blvd. in Seminole. We’re so excited to share that this project is on track to be completed by the end of November.
The renovation touches many vital areas that customers see. From the showroom to the offices upstairs, we’re making sure the facility continues to reflect its proud status as the top Mitsubishi dealership in the country.
Showroom & Brand Wall Enhancements
In the showroom, demolition is nearly finished, and progress is noticeable. The final stage involves installing ceramic floor tiles suitable for high traffic and vehicle displays. The entrance will feature a 9′ × 7′ brand wall with AGI paneling and a Mitsubishi emblem. Additionally, all showroom doors are newly painted, and storefront doors will soon be replaced.
Transition Hallways and Service Link
The hallways linking the showroom, service department, and offices will soon get a fresh, inviting look with new ceramic tile flooring, vinyl cove base, and a splash of fresh wall paint. Every improvement in the hallways mirrors this same attention to detail and durability, creating a warm and welcoming environment for all.
Restrooms and Conference-Level Upgrades
Both the men’s and women’s bathrooms have been gutted, along with fixtures, accessories, and partitions removed. They will be replenished with new toilets, vanities, sinks, partitions, ceramic tile, and fresh paint. Meanwhile, the conference room and surrounding first-floor offices have received new carpet tile, vinyl base, and new wall & door paint.
Second-Floor Enhancements
Upstairs, the owner’s office is slated for hardwood floor refinishing, new paint, and upgraded private bathroom fixtures with LVT and accessories. The breakroom, already stripped, will soon receive new LVT flooring, vinyl base, and updated wall finishes.
Following the Design
The project is carefully planned to keep the dealership operational during the upgrades. First, we will finish the showroom and offices. Next, we move on to the corridors, with service-adjacent areas transitioning smoothly during off-hours. By the end of November, the entire facility will have a fresh new look and provide a better experience for visitors.
