In mid-September of this year, the A.O. Wagner team began a renovation at St. Pete Mitsubishi in Seminole. We shared an update on the project in late October, and now we’re back with another peek at the our progress as we work to elevate the customer experience from the moment they step inside.
Fully Remodeled Customer Restrooms
We completely transformed the men’s and women’s washrooms by removing the outdated wallpaper and aging finishes, and replacing them with all-new tile, cove base, and a fresh paint job to create a clean and modern look.
The upgrades include new fixtures, as well as black partitions, vanities and accessories, motion-activated faucets, soap dispensers, and a urinal. Next up, we’ll be replacing the dingy light lenses with new frosted lenses to match the rest throughout the dealership.
To further enhance the customer and guest experience, we installed a new drinking fountain with a bottle-filling station.
Bold Mitsubishi Brand Wall
Out in the showroom, the new Mitsubishi brand wall — the centerpiece of the dealership — is nearing completion. We understand the importance of this element since it will be the first thing customers see as they walk into the dealership.
The front of the wall will include a new illuminated Mitsubishi logo and a custom reception desk. The opposite side will feature a 55-inch TV and popcorn machine, creating a new upscale yet comfortable waiting area/lounge.
The dual-sided design transforms the wall into not only a visual anchor but also a functional amenity. Projects like this reflect our experience constructing and integrating specialty interior features, similar to other automotive dealerships we’ve revamped.
Bright, Updated Showroom
We’ve refreshed the showroom itself with new tile, cove base, and paint, keeping durability in mind. The tile was installed with a high-strength thinset designed to support the weight of the vehicles displayed on the floor.
In the coming days, we will uncover approximately 20 second-floor windows, allowing more light to flow in and transform the customer experience even further.
