We love sharing the progress we make on our projects. We have another update on a project we recently posted. Our work on Victory Ridge has come a long way since the last time you’ve seen it!
In our first post about Victory Ridge, we had just broken ground on this future school for children with exceptional needs.
This multi-building project includes:
- The Early Learning Center (ELC) is a structure with 12 classrooms designed to give the students ample space for learning.
- The Skills Center Building will act as a training center for students to learn everyday activities like cooking, cleaning, and doing laundry.
- The Bus Barn Building is a 3,000-square-foot structure that will provide bus drivers with a designated area to complete paperwork and do minor services to the buses.
We’re now able to share some pictures of the formation of the slab for the ELC building. It will eventually become a conventional block building, measuring at about 20,000 square feet.
These photos take you around the perimeter of this plot. Pictures 1 through 4 show the perimeter footer, 6 through 7 show the perimeter rebar inside the footer and picture 5 shows the rebar uprights for the block walls.
Soon we’ll move on to pouring the slab!
