The new Parts Office at Jenkins Lincoln in Lakeland is entering its final stages of construction, with the second-floor mezzanine and first-floor space nearing completion. Following up on previous updates, the Parts Office drywall has been completed throughout, and the new windows, doors, and HVAC system are installed.
Second-Floor Progress
On the mezzanine level, the new HVAC unit and ductwork are in place and ready to serve the second-floor parts room.
Electrical conduit is being routed through the existing second floor, with a new hollow metal door scheduled for installation soon.
New concrete stairs paired with a fabricated steel handrail have been installed leading up to the mezzanine. This design choice carries the same clean, modern lines found throughout the rest of the dealership. Beyond function, the staircase sets the tone for the space, giving the parts department the same polished, purpose-built feel customers will experience on the showroom floor.
The second-floor parts room itself now has new concrete flooring, new electrical, fabricated steel columns, and drywall with paint. A new hollow metal door with a half-glass panel and a new window round out the space. Our next step will be installing cabinets and solid surface countertops.
First-Floor Parts Room
Downstairs, the first-floor parts room has a new hollow metal door with a half-glass panel that has been painted “Lincoln Brown” to match the company’s brand specifications, along with freshly painted drywall. This room is ready for its next phase, which includes the installation of LVT flooring, cabinets, countertops, and shelving.
Exterior Updates
Outside, new exterior metal panels were installed by the A.O. Wagner Construction team, along with a new parts pass-through window. A solid surface countertop is the next step for the exterior.
