Our A.O. Wagner Construction team has reached another milestone. What began in late March at the McEnany Roofing office in Lake Alfred has officially been completed. The interior remodeling project we reported on in June is now a transformed space. The sections listed below provide vivid details about each area’s custom upgrades and completion.
Modernized Reception Area
The lobby has received a facelift featuring a newly installed granite countertop, creating an inviting first impression for visitors and staff alike. An out-swinging storefront glass door with side lights was also added as the final step before the exit signage is connected and installed.
Durable Flooring and Glass Walls
Throughout the office, luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring was installed with matching vinyl baseboards. Frosted glass partition walls were installed around the conference room. Inside the conference room, the frosted glass partitions create a stylish, professional meeting space with a custom entry glass door proudly featuring the company’s bulldog mascot.
Windows, Trim, and Finishes
New operable office windows complete with wood trim were installed, which allow natural light and ventilation. Three office spaces and a copy/plans room were completed with consistent flooring, baseboard, and paint finishes for cohesive visual flow. Complementing these are hollow metal-framed offices with stained, solid-core doors, providing necessary privacy.
Upgraded Bathrooms
A new ADA-compliant bathroom was outfitted with modern accessories, flooring, base, and fresh paint. With the newly installed fixtures, this privacy area meets all compliance standards, creating a space that’s both accessible and stylish, seamlessly aligning with the updated look of the entire office.
Built for Today and Tomorrow
All interior elements, including walls, electrical, plumbing, and flooring, were removed to accommodate an efficient, updated floor plan. New partitions were strategically placed to define functional zones, including private offices, a refreshed lobby, and a well-equipped conference room.
