Block Wall Repair at Winterset
A local property management company needed help again and we were ready to respond to the call. This marks the third time A.O. Wagner Construction has been called out to repair the wall, this time after an unfortunate collision.
The crew started by cleaning up debris and demolishing the broken block and footer. From there, forms were set and new footers were poured for 40 feet of new wall. Block was then laid with reinforcement rebar placed throughout, and the wall was poured. Once the structure was complete, stucco was applied to match the existing finish, painted to match, and all debris was removed from the site. The wall was kept secure throughout the repair process, and the entire job was wrapped up in seven days.
Gable Louver Vent Replacement at Winterset
While on site at Winterset, the crew also handled a separate maintenance item: replacing gable louver vents on the property.
Though this may be a smaller scope of work, it is exactly the kind of task that keeps a building performing the way it should and one we do with pride.
Concrete Replacement at a Local Warehouse
At a 100,000-square-foot warehouse in the area, concrete deterioration across 10 separate areas called for a full replacement.
The old, broken concrete is being torn out and replaced with new 4,000 psi reinforced concrete, a stronger mix designed to hold up under the demands of an active warehouse floor.
