Our dedicated A.O. Wagner Construction team completed this exciting commercial renovation for an electric company in Bartow in just 30 days. It clearly demonstrates how targeted upgrades will quickly enhance a building’s interior use. Though we had the pleasure of transforming a client’s warehouse into a vibrant, fully functional office space, it didn’t stop there. See for yourself.
Beautiful Interior Transformation
Inside, we framed new partition walls, installed drywall, and gave everything a fresh coat of paint. The beautiful, luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring really adds a warm touch. Also, the 4” wood baseboards bring a uniform look to every room.
The mechanical systems have been updated to ensure a comfortable environment. That includes a new HVAC layout that operates perfectly with the revised floor plan. We’ve also installed new LED lighting and placed electrical receptacles, making them easier to access.
The remodel now has a newly built conference room and a brighter hallway. The bathrooms look modern and stylish with new fixtures and finishes, and an updated break room. These upgrades help make the workplace more comfortable and inviting to use and maintain.
Striking Exterior Appearance
To beautify the building’s exterior, we installed a new Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS) wall cladding across the front elevation. This system raises the appearance of the building and improves energy performance through added insulation and weatherproofing.
We also added a clean, low-maintenance vinyl soffit beneath the canopy for better visual flow and protection against Florida’s humidity. Nighttime images show the improved lighting and sleek finish, which gives the entrance a professional, modern look.
As a final touch, we repainted another existing building on the property so it too would match the newly remodeled structure, tying the entire site together with a consistent, polished visual identity.
