Major Milestones at Victory Ridge Academy in Davenport

In January, our A.O. Wagner Construction team provided a New Year’s update about the Victory Ridge Academy project in Davenport, which initially broke ground in July 2024.

Today, we’re pleased to share the latest milestones made since our last update about the Early Learning Classroom, the Administration building, and the Gymnasium and how the campus is taking shape.

Early Learning Classroom Gets Weatherproofed

One exciting update is the installation of metal roof panels for the Early Learning Classroom. It is now officially an enclosed weatherproofed building, allowing the interior work to ramp up quickly.

All interior metal wall studs are installed, providing the framework for what will soon be vibrant learning spaces. The drywall phase is already underway, with classrooms beginning to take shape, demonstrating our team’s progress.

Administration Building Gets Eye-Catching Entryway

The Administration building is progressing with fully installed metal roof trusses and decking. The dry-in process will be completed shortly, securing the structure and allowing the interior work to begin.

The enormous architectural entryway is coming together as planned and has become a focal point of the project, creating an impressive visual for the entire campus.

Gymnasium Construction Moves Forward

The PEMB gymnasium continues progressing with its CMU base walls completed. The installation of metal wall panels is underway, and the south wall is also finished. That paves the way for the next phase: constructing locker rooms and bathrooms.

The locker room and bathroom will feature a concrete foundation separate from the gymnasium floor and will also be functional. That design guarantees maximum flexibility, allowing the gym to accommodate various sports teams and school events.

Sitework and Infrastructure Updates

As scheduled, our team has installed the underground utilities and irrigation systems. That well needed infrastructure is in place to support this campus as it grows.

Work is also progressing on the right-of-way and traffic flow improvements. Soon, sidewalks and parking lots will begin taking shape. These aerial views show how massive this project is and what is still to come.
