This project saw us heading out to Orlando to start a new 3,200-square-foot office and retail building for longtime client Spinicelli Holdings. The PEMB is made by the fine folks at Dean Steel Buildings in Fort Meyers, and will measure 40 feet by 80 feet with a single slope roof. On top of that, we’ll be installing vinyl-faced insulation and metal wall sheets, with a Galvalume roof.
