A.O Wagner Construction is leading a complete rebuild of the Jenkins Lincoln dealership at 941 E. Main Street in Lakeland. This project will replace the existing structure with a modern, purpose-built facility that’s designed specifically to meet Lincoln’s new brand and customer experience standards.
We started this project with demo work on January 5, and we’re on track to complete it February 2027.

Facility Design and Core Features
The building’s design features state-of-the-art Lincoln finishes, custom architectural details, and premium construction materials throughout. Expansive glass panels define both the exterior and main showroom, which provide an uninterrupted flow of natural light while connecting the showroom visually to the surrounding area.
This redesign was planned as part of Lincoln’s renewed commitment to offering a sophisticated, comfortable environment for its guests and staff. The new interior layout for the dealership called for by the plans is meant to optimize customer flow and operational efficiency.
There will be a redesigned reception zone, private consultation areas, and new amenities for both sales and service clients. Custom tile flooring and extensive millwork will anchor the look and feel of the main floor, as they combine natural texture with modern, clean lines.
Two key operational departments (the parts department and the service shop) will also be rebuilt. The new parts department features expanded storage capabilities, improved accessibility, and updated security features.
The service department is being upgraded with advanced diagnostics, more service bays, and customer-friendly waiting lounges, supporting faster turnaround and a higher capacity for vehicle service.

Jenkins Lincoln’s new facility positions the dealership for long-term success in Lakeland and the wider region. The space will display Lincoln’s flagship vehicles, including Navigator, Aviator, Nautilus, and Corsair, with model-specific zones and consultation spaces to facilitate a tailored client experience.
The construction process also incorporates energy-efficient materials and systems where and when it’s feasible in an effort to demonstrate the dealership’s long-term investment in both sustainability and operational savings.
