After nearly three months of selective demolition and reconstruction, our A.O. Wagner Construction team has officially completed the interior buildout for Edward Jones in Lake Wales.
The interior buildout began in mid-February, and then in April, we provided an update that the project was in high gear. Now, we are proud to announce that we crossed the finish line right on schedule.
From demolition to final finishes, the transformation of this 4,000-square-foot office space has been both extensive and intentional, designed to meet modern standards of functionality, accessibility, and professional appeal.
Standout Logo Wall and Polished Finishes
The lobby now has the company’s logo prominently displayed, giving the reception area a new identity. The redesigned front desk was updated with new surfaces and an improved spatial layout, providing visual appeal and purpose. This entrance sets the tone for clients and visitors, striking a balance between friendly and professional.
Modernized Office and Conference Spaces
Each private office has new carpet, sleek paint selections, and updated lighting and ceilings. The conference rooms now reflect a clean, professional environment that is ready for meetings, client consultations, and team collaboration. The improved acoustical ceiling enhances privacy and sound control, ensuring productive conversations without disruption.
ADA-Compliant Restrooms Get a Contemporary Touch
The remodel included a complete update to unisex restrooms, which now meet ADA standards and feature ceramic tile, new plumbing fixtures, and a fresh, minimal appeal. The neutral finishes offer a clean and modern appearance while remaining durable for high-traffic use. Stainless steel accessories and grab bars meet code with a professional, polished feel.
Upgrades for Day-to-Day Operations
The support areas were fully renovated with updated workstations, electrical, and mechanical improvements, ensuring that the team can function efficiently in a space designed for both comfort and productivity. Furniture, including height-adjustable desks and secure storage, was selected to maximize function in compact spaces.
