The Victory Ridge Academy campus in Davenport looks absolutely stunning, creating such a warm and inviting atmosphere. We’re delighted to see the Early Learning Center (ELC) now welcoming students and staff, and our A.O. Wager Construction team is making significant progress.
Since the exciting opening day celebration, we are now approaching the next phase. Here are some highlights of the key areas and exterior finishes that are coming together as this stage of the project nears completion.
Serving Kitchen’s Surprise Addition
The multi-purpose room is getting a fantastic upgrade in the serving kitchen! Soon, students will be able to enjoy the new serving line equipment during lunch, making meals easier and quicker for everyone. This exciting addition really completes the kitchen area.
Open View for Admin Building Guests
Visitors will enjoy the floor-to-ceiling windows that offer bright, natural light. The reception area is almost complete, with millwork ready for installation. The clinic and conference room now have their cabinetry installed, and all bathroom tile work is finished. Next, we will install interior flooring, accessories, and finish painting.
Gym Interior Taking Shape
In the locker rooms, the storefront glass and windows are being installed, and the ductwork is complete. The VRA blue duct sock, which will provide air distribution, will be installed in the gymnasium soon. All PEMB interior wall panels are in place, and a large architectural soffit is taking shape along the south wall.
Exterior Fencing & Landscaping Finishes
The exterior is looking fantastic as everything starts to come together! We are installing beautiful architectural fencing at the front of the campus, and you will see lovely canopy structures appearing along the walkways and entrances. Plus, the landscaping is really coming to life with trees, lush grass, and charming decorative plants, all adding warmth and making the area feel inviting and cheerful.
On the Horizon
The Victory Ridge Academy’s Davenport campus is thriving and blossoming on many levels. Its expanding size, charming atmosphere, and carefully considered design create a welcoming environment. Every update we share brings us closer to starting Phase 2 later this year.
