The New Year announcement kicked off 2025 with the Davenport location quickly entering the final stretch and a critical turning point. Today, we are excited to announce that Phase I at Victory Ridge Academy is just about to end, and what remains.
Early Learning Center Nears the Finish Line
An exciting final addition in the multi-purpose room is currently in its design stage, with plans to roll it out once students are on campus. Meanwhile, punch list items are being addressed, and final touches are being made to prepare for day one.
Admin Building Ready for Paint and Flooring
The administration building is nearly ready to welcome staff with multiple offices, a state-of-the-art media center, a media production lab, and three expansive therapy labs with large windows overlooking the campus courtyards, creating a bright and calming atmosphere. With paint and flooring installation beginning soon.
Gymnasium Locker Room & Facility Updates
Construction of the gymnasium is moving steadily toward completion. The pre-engineered metal shell has been in place, and now the locker room and facility areas are going vertically with concrete block walls. Inside the soaring ceilings of the gym, systems like sprinklers, sway bracing, and exposed HVAC ductwork are being installed.
Final Sitework Ties It All Together
Over the last month, sitework has ramped up significantly. The front parking lot, east bus loop roads, and back access drives are now paved. A new dumpster enclosure is underway, and both perimeter and building-specific fencing have been installed.
Landscaping is next on the list, with sod, artificial turf, and fresh plantings planned to enhance the campus environment. Meanwhile, concrete sidewalks, canopies, and courtyards are entirely in place, bringing all of Phase I development together in a beautiful, functional layout that reflects the vision behind Victory Ridge Academy. Phase 2 is next, and we are ready.
