Construction Updates

We have finished sheeting the exterior walls and roof of the building, and are now installing the trim, gutters, and downspouts. Other current work includes installing the large exhaust fans and ductwork, new sprinkler system, Air Compressor, Water Evaporator and Sump Pump Systems. In roughly a week, the large exterior louvers will be getting installed

Here is a picture of the finished concrete pour for our clients at Adamson & Co. PA in Winter Haven. Later this week the masons will start laying the 8 inch block for exterior of the building. Please be sure to check our website for updates on this project.

Progress Photo Update at Oakley Transport: Interior finish work has been completed and the interior walls prepped for wallpaper and ceiling painted. Large interior window openings have been prepared for installation.

 Large overhead doors, storefront and exterior site work in progress. Electricians are running light fixtures and wiring up the overhead door motor and controllers. Framers are installing plywood for the FRP board on the shop side of the breakroom. We are looking to be substantially complete with the project the first week of June.

Progress Photo Update: We set roof trusses at Adamson using a thirty ton crane.

Progress Update: Our Children’s Academy- Sitework being performed at O.C.A. typically this includes grading, excavation, construction and installation of septic tanks and filtration systems, driveways and other utilities.

This office addition project was started April 24th and will be completed July 22nd.

Portables have been moved into place, footer for modular multipurpose poured, and playground areas have been graded.
