We have a new project in progress here at A.O. Wagner Construction that we’re so excited to share! We’re in the process of design and permitting for an expanded facility for South Lake Animal League in Groveland.
Since 1988, the Animal League has helped abused, abandoned, and neglected animals in Lake County. It’s a nonprofit, no-kill rescue mission that places approximately 1,000 pets in loving homes each year. They advocate on behalf of animals and provide care and shelter for animals in need in Central Florida to promote animal wellness.
Below you can see our plans for their expanded Groveland facility.
The project will take place in three phases:
- Phase 1 will be the new puppy facility, a 1,900-square-foot standalone building.
- Phase 2 will be a new kennel building, a 2,450-square-foot standalone building.
- Phase 3 will be a 2,095-square-foot addition to the existing building.
We love taking on projects that give back to the community, and we’re able to work with a wide range of industries. No matter the industry, we’ll work closely with you to create the perfect design for your needs. We can build you new facilities, expand your existing ones, provide remodels, and much more.
We’ve done just that with the folks at South Lake Animal League, and we’re proud to be helping them continue their mission. If you’d like to support them, consider making a donation.
We can’t wait to get started on this project and share all of our progress along the way. Interested in your own perfect design for a business in Central Florida? Contact A.O. Wagner Construction today.
