The new roof at Barton Storage in Auburndale is complete. When we first introduced this project, both buildings were still in active demolition, with old trims and roof sheets coming off and insulation being pulled. Today, both structures are fully finished with new 26-gauge PBR panels in a Galvalume finish, new gutters and downspouts, and fresh gable trim from ridge to edge.
With people actively working in the offices below, our crew coordinated the entire re-roof project around normal business hours, taking deliberate steps to keep disruption to a minimum.
The Finished Roof
The aerial view shows the completed Galvalume roof across the larger of the two buildings, a clean, uniform surface that spans the full 7,700 square feet. The Galvalume finish provides long-term corrosion resistance, a smart investment for Florida’s humid climate.
Gutters, Downspouts, and Trim
With the roof panels in place, the crew finished the job with new gutters and downspouts to manage water drainage, along with new gable trim that ties everything together for a clean finish.
Both buildings, totaling 12,800 square feet, are now complete and covered by our 25-year materials warranty and a 2-year workmanship warranty. Materials were supplied by Tri County Metals and Bay Insulation.
