It’s been quite a year for us here at A.O. Wagner Construction, and before we jump headfirst into our review of all the dust, blueprint, and ribbon-cuttings that took place this year, our team wants to send a huge thank you to our customers.
None of our achievements this year would be possible without our loyal customers. They trust us with their visions, their dreams, and their buildings, and we’re proud to be building for them.
Here’s to a wonderful 2025 and cheers to an exciting 2026 ahead. Now, a look at what we’ve accomplished:
Big Builds and Bigger Dreams
After completing a pre-engineered metal building project for the Dundee Citrus Growers Association last year, this year, we jumped right into a major mechanic shop upgrade for them.
We installed R-10 insulation for more energy efficiency, then followed that with a complete roof replacement using strong, 26-gauge Galvalume panels. We also reinstalled and upgraded ventilators to improve comfort for every worker inside, all done in just ten days.

Community and Education Spaces
We had the honor of working alongside the amazing team at First Presbyterian Church of Winter Haven. Phase 1 meant gutting and rebuilding the Centennial Room with revamped lighting, beautiful wood base trim, and a fresh, inviting color palette. We also tackled the restrooms, adding ADA upgrades, new fixtures, and modern tile work.
The momentum rolled straight into Phase 2, where this fall we framed new entrances, poured concrete footers, installed block columns, and set the stage for gorgeous Berridge paneling.

Victory Ridge Academy’s campuses kept us busy, too. At Davenport, the serving kitchen upgrade gave lunchtime a much-needed upgrade with new equipment and a multi-purpose space.

Meanwhile, Lake Wales students returned from break to a top-to-bottom bathroom renovation; we demolished and rebuilt everything for a bright, functional space.
Innovative and Modern Spaces
After hurricanes moved through Oldsmar, MI Metals leaned on us to get back on track. We started with essential exterior repairs, then tackled a 10,000-square-foot two-story interior buildout. From rerouting ductwork and plumbing to adding new fire sprinkler and electrical systems, every detail was built with flexibility for the future.

In Lakeland, Kyra Solutions challenged us to design a bright, collaborative office. We crafted glass-walled offices and reception spaces, while custom HVAC runs and LED fixtures keep things cool and efficient.

Over at St. Pete Mitsubishi, we overhauled every restroom, brought the showroom to life with a signature Mitsubishi wall, and even made space for a new bottle-filling station.
