PEMBs are a popular metal structures in which all the components are fabricated off-site then delivered to the project site to be assembled. They provide the perfect balance between affordability, flexibility, and efficiency, allowing projects to be completed quicker and easier. In addition, the prefabrication process can lower the labor costs and even cut down on waste.
This project involved installing a completely new metal roof for a 9,800-square-foot PEMB. The original metal roof was worn out and covered in spray foam. The new metal roof features R-10 vinyl backed insulation for climate control, and 26-gauge, rib 12 roof panels for durable protection for the building.
We didn’t just stop at the roof, though; we also installed a new gutter, downspouts, and trim. With the new gutters, water will be drawn away from the roof, helping to keep it protected from water and mold damage for years to come. Take a look at the beautiful end result below!
