This is the start of an all new storefront with black windows and doors. We’ve installed the aluminum, and next up is the glass installation.
In addition to the storefront, the front of the building will feature low-emissivity glass, an ADA ramp for accessibility, and Berridge paneling on the right.
For the storage closet, we’ll be doing new drywall, paint, ceiling, and new flooring and base, plus an SC door. To the left of this area, we’ll be creating a desk and kiosk.
We broke ground on this project back in November and expect the full project to take about four months for a projected completion date in February 2025.
