At A.O. Wagner, we prioritize transparency and communication with our clients. We provide a realistic timeline that allows them to keep up with the progress of their project, and we love sharing our work publicly in our Project Build Blog.
This week we are highlighting a reroof for a client we have not mentioned in this blog before. Saddle Creek Logistics Services is a third-party logistics provider that calls Lakeland home. They offer fulfillment, warehousing, transportation services and more.
This roof is 36,000 square feet, requiring removal and replacement, including 3-inch insulation.
Pictures 3 and 4 offer a look at the beginning of this demolition.
Picture 2 shows the previous roof removed and the new sheets being installed.
Pictures 1 and 5 compare the old sheets to the new. When the crew stops every night, they have to make sure that the building is dried in, then they overlap a new sheet over the old sheet. This becomes the starting point for the next workday.
This is another example of our crew’s great roofing skills. Over the past 20 years, we have completed more than 1,000,000 square-feet of metal roof replacement for this customer! We began work on this project on February 10, and we expect to wrap up by March 15.
Our team always has something new going on, so this blog is a great way to keep up with our latest venture. If social media is more your style, we’re currently on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn.
