Join us as we celebrate the completion of the new Jarrett Gordon Lincoln Dealership in Winter Haven, a brand-new 7,000-square-foot facility at 3015 Lake Alfred Rd. that represents modern elegance, beauty, and style!
The A.O. Wagner Construction team broke ground on the project in January 2024, and after months of meticulous planning, design, and execution, this project is now officially finished.
In January 2025, we wrapped up the final touches for this project, and we all agree that it has been an exciting journey in high-performance commercial construction.
Here’s Where the Journey Began
First, we had to remove an existing building. After that, we installed a new concrete foundation and fire-rated block wall.
Midway through the project, the drywall and painting process was underway while waiting for glass walls. Much had been completed in July, and you could see the structural results inside and outside.
By October, interior updates were moving quickly, and the exterior concrete flat work was underway. A month later, we entered the home stretch with exterior finishing touches.
As we approached the new year, the project entered its final lap with the Lincoln brand signage, the dealer name, custom millwork, and the interior custom granite wall. Now, let’s see the final stage.
A Striking Exterior
The exterior design showcases sleek, contemporary architecture with floor-to-ceiling glass windows, rich wood paneling, and a sophisticated Lincoln-branded service entrance.
The showroom now has natural light, enhancing visibility and the premium atmosphere that Lincoln embodies. The landscaped surroundings and fresh pavement provide an upscale appearance.
Premium Customer Waiting Area
The dealership’s waiting area was designed for comfort. Our team installed luxury seating supplied by Lincoln, providing an exquisite look.
Note the custom millwork facades with Lincoln logos, ceramic tile flooring, and acoustical ceiling panels to improve sound quality. You will also notice where the waiting area ends and showroom floor seamlessly begins.
Refined Sales & Consultation Spaces
The lounge and sales areas have rich wood accents, glass partitions, and soft, ambient lighting. These areas were designed to create a comfortable, high-end consultation experience for casual browsing or decision-making.
The Black Label sales office also offers a private and exclusive setting for Jarrett Gordon Lincoln’s VIP guests.
