A.O. Wagner Construction recently partnered again with longtime client Dean Steel building provider Spinicelli Holding to erect two pre-engineered storage buildings in Orlando.
Each fully insulated building was completed in three weeks using high-quality materials, ensuring durability, functionality, and long-term performance. Check out our progress below.
Building 1: 40-Foot x 60-Foot Metal Structure
The first structure from Dean Steel Buildings features a 20-foot eave height and a single-slope screw-down roof for durability, efficient drainage, and improved temperature regulation.
Key Features:
Low Side Wall Installation: The wall sheets, gutters, and downspouts were installed to create a fully enclosed, weather-resistant structure. These additions improve rainwater management, directing water away from the foundation.
East End Wall Completion: The end wall was fully sheathed and trimmed, giving the structure a clean, reinforced appearance. This step was critical in securing the building’s structural integrity.
High Side Wall Features: This includes a 12-foot x 14-foot overhead door, a storefront walk door, and a window, maximizing accessibility, visibility, and ventilation. Additionally, exterior security lighting was installed.
Building 2: 40-Foot x 80-Foot Metal Structure
The second structure, also from Dean Steel Buildings, has a 20-foot eave height and a single-slope galvalume roof for durability, corrosion resistance, and heat reflection for a stable indoor environment.
Key Features:
High Side & West End Walls: This side of the building includes two 12-foot x 14-foot overhead doors, allowing for efficient access and storage capabilities. A storefront walk door and a window were also installed to provide natural light and ease of entry for personnel.
Low Side Wall & Drainage System: The low side wall was fully sheeted, while gutters and downspouts were added. The west end also features a parapet wall, which enhances the building’s exterior aesthetics and helps improve structural protection against the elements.
High Side Wall & Final Touches: This side mirrors the features from the previous installation, ensuring consistency in design, function, and accessibility. With its completed structure, this building is ready for long-term storage use.
